Password Issues 4 answers
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Go to Forgot Password and enter your registered email. You'll receive a 6-digit code to verify your identity, then set a new password. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.
My password is correct but login fails.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then sign in again. If you're using auto-fill, the saved password may be outdated. Also check that Caps Lock is off. If problems persist, reset your password.
How strong does my password need to be?
BibleSoul requires a minimum of 8 characters. We recommend using a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for a Strong rating. Strong passwords protect your prayer history and giving records.
I didn't receive the password reset email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. The email comes from noreply@biblesoul.org. If you still don't see it, wait 2 minutes and try requesting again. Make sure you're entering the exact email used at registration.

My account has been locked.
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes for security. Wait 30 minutes, then try again. You can also reset your password immediately to unlock the account.
I don't know which email I registered with.
Try common email addresses you use. If you still can't remember, contact our support team with your name and approximate registration date — we'll help you recover your account.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Each email address can only be linked to one BibleSoul account. If you need to merge accounts or transfer data, please contact support. We're here to help keep your spiritual journey uninterrupted.
How do I change my registered email?
Once logged in, go to Account Settings to update your email address. You'll need to verify the new email before the change takes effect.
Social Login (Google / Facebook) 3 answers
When will Google and Facebook login be available?
Social login via Google is 72% complete and Facebook is 58% complete. We expect to launch both within the next update. For now, please use your email and password to sign in.
Will my data sync when social login launches?
Yes — when social login is available, you'll be able to link your existing account to Google or Facebook. All your prayer history, donations, courses, and community posts will remain intact.
Is my social media data safe?
Absolutely. We only request your name and email from social platforms. We never post on your behalf, access your friends list, or store your social media password. Your privacy is our priority.
