Partnership Terms & Conditions

To receive support, the ministry/church must agree to:

B) Leadership & Committee

  1. Pastor/Director/Leader name and position
  2. ID/Passport copy (for verification only)
  3. Brief list of committee/board members

C) Legal / Registration

  1. Church/NGO/Association registration certificate
  2. Tax/TIN/VAT number (if available)

D) Bank / Payment Details

  1. Bank account name
  2. Bank name + branch
  3. Account number / IBAN
  4. SWIFT/BIC (for international transfers)
  5. Bank statement or cancelled cheque (verification)

E) Project / Need Details

  1. Purpose of funding (church development / children education / Bible learning / outreach etc.)
  2. Total budget and amount requested
  3. Timeline (duration of the project)
  4. Number of beneficiaries
  5. Photos/videos/brief report of past activities
